As anyone who has worked with a project manager knows, the efficient completion of a project is largely reliant on the communications systems and processes of the person or company running the project.  

You can employ the best project manager in the world!  But if that person doesn't have the right systems to keep you informed, manage the information available or keep all decision making rolling smoothly then it's going to be a rough ride for everyone involved.

So we do know that it's not just about getting the job done.  While that's your first priority, it's also a matter of ensuring you are kept in the loop without feeling like you're holding someone's hand.

The F1R Project Management service is guided by three key documents:

• Your 2011 Marketing Programme of goals, strategies and action plans - reviewed monthly.
• Your weekly Work In Progress report of strategies currently being actioned - updated every Monday morning.
• Your Marketing Cost Estimate spreadsheet of actual costs for all marketing activities in progress (or budgets assigned where quotes are still to be received) - updated as needed.

Everyone involved in your project is copied in on all key documents electronically, and face-to-face meetings are organized as needed at key points throughout the project(s).

Interuption time with you is kept to a minimum, yet you know exactly what is going on and will feel confident that your marketing projects are running smoothly.
