Whatever marketing activities you are looking to undertake, it is important to get the plan right before anything gets started.
Step 1 – What are you needing?
The first step is to have an initial meeting with Chantelle, our marketing strategist. At this point you can also get an outline of expected costs and timeframes for a potential project. Chantelle will mainly talk with you about your ideas or goals to determine whether a marketing strategy is really what you need.
Step 2 – Facilitated Strategic Planning Session
It’s a good idea to include other people from within and from outside your business in this session. Anything up to about six people works well. This is a good solid half day of strategic thinking, so get the coffee brewing!
Step 3 – Meeting to review the first draft
A first draft of your plan will be sent via email. The plan will also include an implementation programme with your goals, strategies and action plans. This is your opportunity to check all the facts and figures and finalize any details that may have been overlooked. Often we get into some further debate and fine tuning of the plan at this meeting too.
Step 4 – Final PresentationThis is when we agree to budgets and timeframes for particular action points to be implemented. Tasks are allocated to people within your business, or together we identify where you .
Step 5 – Implementation
This is where our marketing team can also be your marketing team. We can do all that running around and organizing of graphic designers, photographers, web developers and printers for you. We ensure that all tasks are handled as efficiently and cost effectively as possible.
