Chantelle began working for Gallagher Power Fence Systems in 1989 while studying for a Bachelor of International Management at the University of Waikato. During her time with Gallaghers she helped to design and implement a national and international marketing programme including resources for their 100+ distributors worldwide (PR, brochures, manuals, packaging and advertising material).
Her growth path has included employment by a number of well recognized advertising, distribution and manufacturing companies both in New Zealand and overseas – FKB Bates Worldwide, Shoof International Ltd, Bennett Mirror Technologies, Adcorp NZ. Her achievements over the years have added value and created growth for these businesses and led to her excellent reputation in the business community.
During this time Chantelle has always been an active member in her local business communities through chambers of commerce, export groups, industry groups and other business growth networks. Her contacts and links with a wide variety of business and business people are a key factor in the value she is able to bring to people she works with.
Majoring in French and International Marketing gave Chantelle the platform she needed to establish a career with internationally-focused businesses. During this time she has developed skills in strategic planning, market development, international distribution, business systems, HR support and all areas of communications. Chantelle has over 15 years of experience working for, in and on a wide range of businesses operating in a wide variety of market sectors – retail advertising, agriculture, security/safety and employment marketing, operating in NZ, South America, North America, UK, Europe, Malaysia and Indonesia.
In April 2006, Chantelle established Formula One Results Ltd which is allowing her to provide valuable assistance to businesses seeking growth. The core purpose of Formula One Results Ltd is to provide the service of developing and writing concise marketing plans for business, and then offering an outsource marketing service to implement any of the marketing strategies identified. Chantelle offers an initial “get-to-know-each-other” meeting to discuss specific opportunities and challenges facing your business, and will then provide an in-depth report with fully detailed strategies and action plans, along with some key recommendations for the future.
